This 1 term programme is the first step to gaining your Master’s degree in the UK. It is designed to prepare you for your studies by allowing you to practice your academic skills in a supportive environment. Though you may have experience of studying at undergraduate level in another country, the expectations of postgraduate study can be very different in the UK.

You will be taught in interactive classes and university-style research sessions, by the time you finish this programme, you will have the fundamental skills you need to attain your Master’s degree, including:

• academic writing

• critical thinking

• academic research
